For new construction, we are Home Energy Rating Service (HERS) raters, performing third party verifications for Title 24, Energy Star, and for Federal Tax Credits. Our staff is complete with skilled energy analysts and Title 24 documentation authors to assist your every need.
Some of the inspections performed for our new construction builders includes Quality Insulation Installation ( QII ), windows, blower door testing/air infiltration, and heating/cooling duct testing.
