AES is an existing company having begun operations in September of 2004 in Visalia, California.
AES is in business providing pump efficiency testing, domestic well certification and potability testing services, and home and commercial energy audits. AES also has certified HERS (Home Energy Rating Service) inspectors on staff to inspect and qualify homes for energy efficient tax credits.
