Allied Energy Services performs pump testing services on electric, natural gas, and diesel pumping plants for agricultural and municipal water use. We also perform residential well certifications and potability testing for real estate transactions.
A pump test will measure various aspects of the pump's operation, such as water levels, fuel or energy consumption, water flow, and pressure readings. The end result of the pump test is an evaluation of the overall performance of the pumping plant and the cost of running it under the conditions of the test. The test may also give an indication of the water well yield or productivity, if water levels can be obtained.
We currently participate in the state wide Agricultural Pump Efficiency Program administered by the Center for Irrigation Technology, California State University, Fresno. We test pumping customers of Pacific Gas & Electric, Southern California Edison, Westlands Water District, and various private and municipal water users.
